Frequently Asked Questions |
- Why don't I see my state or city on your website?
We are currently in the process of adding more information to this site to make it better for you. I am starting with the northwest and expanding from there. However, if you have a question or want to make sure we get your city on our site please feel free to email me at: info@glutenfreecitydiningdirectory.com.
- How do I get a GF restaurant on your website?
Email us at info@glutenfreediningdirectory.com with their name, address and phone number and I will be sure to contact them. Thanks for your help!
- I am aware of changed information with one of your listings, how do I share that with you?
We would love it if you would email us about the listing so we can contact the business to update their info. Email: info@glutenfreediningdirectory.com. Thank you!
- Why aren't "Gluten Free Friendly" restaurants listed on your site?
I only have restaurants with gluten free menu's because I don't want you to have to rely on word of mouth for what you can eat. I have asked many restaurants if they have a gluten free menu and their reply is "ask the waiter." I personally don't want to rely on how well the waiter listened to instruction. So, I only have listed places with an actual printed menu that specifies which items are gluten free or can be made gluten free. Plus, I want to support businesses who take the time to specify what is gluten-free. However, please remember that you should share your dietary needs whenever dining out. Unless the business is exclusively gluten free, there is always a risk of cross contamination.
- Why do not all of your listings have their website, business hours, and other information listed?
I want to list all businesses that are gluten-free so you know what options you have. However, some businesses have chosen to upgrade their status from standard to premium so they can provide more information for you.
